Great podcast, I use Skype 100% for business calling, and as you mention, the Internet Explorer plugin is invaluable. I've also just discovered another use of the plugin - if you've got an Excel spreadsheet full of names and numbers, save it as a "Single Web Page", open it up in Internet Explorer, and the Skype plugin will highlight every number! There's also some more info on SkypeIn and SkypeOut over here: Small Business VOIP - SkypeIn, SkypeOut.

Keep up the good work!
